We are retiring from Haririi at the end of 2021 and plan to head back to Oregon early 2022 for an extended vacation. Are we crazy to explore the coast in February or March?
Lucas deephttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05375435586357799545noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4382621378337855185.post-16822536556574806432018-04-30T17:00:40.501+02:002018-04-30T17:00:40.501+02:00I used to have attend an annual conference in Seas...I used to have attend an annual conference in Seaside...(the meetings and training were OK, but the free time was amazing!). We’ve also camped near there and stayed in hotels ...when we lived in Eugene it was a great getaway place (as was the whole Oregon Coast). Fun memories! But they have their drive blocked off now and the kids took a photo from the main street. I remember seeing their photos and loving the way the Oceanside views looked! We went to Brookings and then halfway up the Oregon coast ourselves a few months after we moved here, and got to see a lot of the Oceanside views ourselves then. Brookings was greatly affected by a devastating fire right after that so what you saw there had to be distressed. Anyway, loved the post! Can't wait to get to Astoria and Ft. Clatsop soon!A Colorful Worldhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06890388727784255219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4382621378337855185.post-51065073666546684522018-04-22T06:02:59.049+02:002018-04-22T06:02:59.049+02:00Oh my the pictures show a nice town. Did you get elephant ears there? Great shot of the "End of the Trail" memorial, too.
