We are back for a new edition of Through My Lens. This time we are back in Mostar and I want to share some images from my hometown (both summer and winter shots). I want to thank everyone for linking in. I'm opening the link-up earlier this week, since I'm away on Monday, so I hope you all will join me again. I am looking forward to seeing your images from your corners of the world.
I am also sharing these images over at "City Daily Photo" with the theme Curiosities, and snow in Mostar as the sunniest and warmest town in Bosnia and Herzegovina sure counts as that! :)

ReplyDeleteHey Mersad,
ReplyDeleteYour winter wonderland sure looks inviting right now; it's very hot and humid here in Ontario, Canada, today! Thanks for the amazing meme on photography. Have a great week!

ReplyDeleteCold but beautiful! Such crisp light!

GlG Anne
ReplyDeleteThat first image steals the show today. But, I must admit, with the heat we're having in my part of the world, the snow looks mighty refreshing. [don't tell anyone I said that]
ReplyDeleteHello Mersad, it looks beautiful with a cover of snow. Yes, it does looks cold. But, what a lovely place to live or visit. Wonderful photos. Enjoy your day and the new week ahead!

So incredibly beautiful, Mersad! I love your town of Mostar. These look like postcards of the perfect winter get-away! Beauty in the golden light, and with the softness snow. Love them!
ReplyDeleteWhat stunning images, Mersad! They could easily be used as postcards or in travel brochures.
ReplyDeleteThis is my first time linking up with your meme. :)
I didn't know that winter 2015 arrived that fast in Bosnia after that long and hot summer... ;-)
ReplyDeleteThese were taken earlier, not this year, but the snow came as a surprise nonetheless. :)
DeleteSo gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThanks. I feel cooler now. ;))
ReplyDeleteYour snow scenes are breathtaking! Certainly a contrast to what I'm seeing out my window here in south Texas USA! Glad to have found your meme, Mersad!
ReplyDeleteLovely serie Mersad! Strange to see snow already.
ReplyDeleteGreetings, Hilde
The snow images were taken in 2012. I just posted them as a contrast to the heatwaves we are having right now. I dont think Mostar will see much snow anytime soon.
DeleteBeautiful country. Someday I hope to visit.
ReplyDeleteI never tire of seeing photos of the bridge at Mostar. And to think I never heard of it until I "met" you. You got some wonderful participation in your meme today, Mersad. Many love photos.
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful photos. I daresay, I would be taking lots and lots of them, too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and it looks for refreshing and bright compared with the heat here...but a snowy sunny day is wonderful... a snow storm is not... Happy Week Mersad... Michelle
