Split is always a wonderful getaway for us from Mostar. I almost never get a chance to snap some images from the city at night. During a recent visit I managed to capture a few night time shots. During winter it's a quiet place. This gives plenty of opportunity to take images without people in them. I walked the promenade away from the city center. There you can find isolated spots like gas stations for boats and ships as well as lonely trains on tracks, waiting for their next journey. Of course, once you get away from the center the cityscape becomes a unique and picturesque sight as well.
