Spring has Sprung [Through My Lens Nr. 477]

Spring has arrived in Mostar, bringing with it a vibrant transformation of the city. The streets and hillsides are bursting with blossoms—almond and cherry trees covered in delicate pink and white petals, while the scent of fresh flowers drifts through the air. The heavy rains that marked the end of winter seem to have passed, leaving behind a landscape refreshed and alive with color. With each passing day, the sun lingers a little longer, warming the stone streets and making afternoon strolls along the Neretva even more inviting. The crisp chill of early mornings is giving way to gentle breezes, and the days are growing brighter and more pleasant. As the season settles in, there’s a renewed energy in the air, a promise of longer days, outdoor gatherings, and the unmistakable feeling that the best of the year is yet to come.
