Summer Afternoon in Zagreb [Through My Lens Nr. 305]

Zagreb is the capital city of Croatia. After my recent summer visit to the island Rab I made a short stop there as well. It's really interesting to see a big city like Zagreb in the summer, when everybody is at the sea. You almost have the whole city to yourself. Exploring was so easy and I was lucky that it wasn't too warm. Zagreb is a very pretty city with lots to do an see. From the wonderful parks, and old buildings, to the fun Tkalceva street (walking lane) and the Ban Jelacic Square. Zagreb is often overlooked by tourists who choose more popular seaside destinations in the country and don’t really know what to do in Zagreb. But the city is well worth a visit and the number of great tourist attractions in the capital might be really surprising. I love the culture, museums, bookstores, cafes, restaurants and parks of this city and hope you will enjoy these images as well.
