End of Summer in Mostar [Through My Lens Nr. 354]

Late Summer in Mostar is always a nice time of year. As the temperatures are lowering I am finally able to walk outside without breaking a sweat. The town is more calm and cool and the last of the tourists are visiting. Beni is enjoying his walks more now, and even gets to play with other dogs on the laws which are green again (and not yellow from being dry). The end of summer marks the beginning of different activities. Traveling is much more fun, and I have a big trip planned for the end of October (but more on that later). This weekend we will be traveling to nearby Korcula island, and I hope to bring you one last summer story before the season is completely gone.

Thank you all for joining me in another week of "Through My Lens". I am looking forward to your submissions this week. I hope you will have a good one!

Now I want to see what you have been up to. Link down below and share with the rest of us!

  3. Son muy bonitas las vistas de tu país. Es un alivio que bajen las temperaturas y te lo digo desde la zona más calurosa de España.

  9. The most popular tourist attraction in the Balkans, Mostar, is a stunning old city that is readily accessible in a single day. We visited nearly all the places we wanted to see in Mostar during our full day there. The largest city in Herzegovina, located along the Neretva River in the country's southern region, is renowned for its magnificent book writing company or book writing services (Old Bridge), a recreated mediaeval arched bridge. The ancient old town grew during the Austro-Hungarian era in the 19th and 20th centuries as well as the Ottoman period in the 15th and 16th centuries when it was an Ottoman town. The city's Historic Bridge, Stair Most, gave rise to its name, and it is renowned for its old Turkish homes.
