Spring in the Old Town of Mostar has a special kind of magic, and this weekend it truly came to life as visitors began returning in growing numbers. The cobblestone streets buzzed with the sound of different languages, and the cafés lining the Neretva River were filled with people soaking in the sun and sipping strong Bosnian coffee. Blossoms on the trees framed the view of the iconic Stari Most, creating a picture-perfect backdrop for tourists and locals alike. Market stalls brimmed with handmade crafts and souvenirs, and the smell of grilled ćevapi and fresh pita floated through the air. After a quiet winter, there was a noticeable energy shift, laughter echoing from the bridge, cameras clicking, and shopkeepers greeting passersby with renewed enthusiasm. It feels like the town is waking up, slowly stretching into the season, ready to welcome the world again.
