Summer Getaway to Mlini [Through My Lens Nr. 497]

This past weekend I escaped to Mlini, a charming coastal village just outside of Dubrovnik, for a little summer recharge. Tucked between lush green hillsides and the Adriatic’s sparkling waters, Mlini has that slower pace that makes you instantly unwind. While daytime in Mlini is all about swimming, sunbathing, and seaside cafées, I found myself especially enchanted by the evenings. As the sun slipped behind the horizon, the village lit up with a warm glow. I took the walkway that connects Mlini and Srebreno, a peaceful seaside path lined with lights, where the sound of waves accompanied every step.

In this post, I’m sharing a few of my nighttime shots from the beach and along that walkway. The reflections on the water, the gentle buzz of summer nights, and the tranquility of the Adriatic after dark truly captured the essence of this little getaway. Sometimes, it’s not the grand adventures but these short escapes that give you exactly the reset you need.
