The colors of the season reflected in our tree in the living room are predominately white. We had a green tree for a very long time, but somehow white works much better with the decor of the rest of our living room. Here are a couple of images from the living room and our tree.

I like the quiet in the dining room after the sun has set, the tree is lit up, and the cozy feeling of warmth takes over.
Beautiful tree, lovely captures, Mersad!! Thanks for sharing!! Wishing you and your family a very wonderful Merry Christmas!! Enjoy!!

Thank you Sylvia.
DeleteYes the colors are lovely. I wanted to do bourgandy and silver, but for the first time in years bought a real tree, so used many decorations of my daughters from over ther years, managed to slip in some clear and white, so am happy. Have a beautiful Christmas - well wishes to you family. Ginger
ReplyDeleteA real tree is beautiful, I just don't know how practical it is. I guess that's why we always do (good quality) fake ones.
DeleteI love the glistening white decor - it seems fresh for the season:) Beautiful. Happy Holidays to you and yours!

DeleteThese colours do look great in your home. I have noticed that many people nowadays think of colours besides red and green.
ReplyDeleteYes they do, and I think that as long as it goes with the place you put it in, it can be a welcomed change.

ReplyDeleteThe room has a very tasteful decor and I love it, especially that clock. I've never had a white tree but I might consider it in future years. Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteThanks Valerie.
DeleteThere is something about a white tree that is so appealing. I found a tabletop white flocked tree this year that I added to our home, and I anticipate that it will probably be out ONLY tree in the future. I've been decorating Christmas trees for a very long time!! PS. Enjoy the first day of winter!! This Saturday is the winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, marking our shortest daylight period and longest night of the year. Have a lovely week-end!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kate for stopping by.
DeleteI think if I had a tree at Christmas I'd make it a white one just to be different.
ReplyDeleteIt's good to change it up.
