Summer’s End in Mostar [Through My Lens 206]

Though summer is not over by a long shot (especially when it comes to temperature) there is a feeling of ease which is slowly taking over the city. Sure, over the weekends the crowds are still here, and the weather is nice for visiting, but once summer vacation is over, it truly feels like summer has come to a close. These images were taken in the old town of Mostar on a warm summer night this past week. Actually when you have dinner in one of the restaurants which is close by the river Neretva you won't feel that much of the heat. The river takes care of that. The atmosphere here is very calming here, you can see people taking pictures, walking, having dinner and relaxing. Soon these sights will be overcome by the golden hues of autumn, but until then we will enjoy the end of summer here.
