Festival of Lights in Zagreb [Through My Lens Nr. 331]

Part art, part design, architecture and entertainment spectacle, the Festival of Lights in Zagreb brings you something beautiful to look at and something to make you see your world differently. The Festival has been held there since 2017, but this year marked the first time that I got to go and visit. The  city is transformed with vibrant colors, artwork, lights and music. It's such a delight to walk the streets and see the various installations. It feels like you are in wonderland.  All over the city we found gems. From big spectacles to little light projections. Across the city center, 34 exciting works of light were spread out to be discovered. Light art is a fairly new discipline that has escaped the confines of museum walls. I haven't heard much about it until now. In this case artists are using as their canvas the city, its buildings, its monuments, the night sky itself. I hope you will enjoy these sights from the night.

Thank you all for joining me in another week of "Through My Lens". I am looking forward to your submissions this week. I hope you will have a good one!
