Christmas market in Split, Croatia [Through My Lens Nr. 462]

This weekend, I escaped to the city of Split, Croatia, with my family and our beloved 16-year-old Maltese, Beni. The city was brimming with holiday cheer, thanks to its delightful Christmas market. The market, nestled near the waterfront, was a sensory treat: twinkling lights, the scent of mulled wine, and the sound of festive carols created a magical atmosphere. Strolling through the market we sampled local treats and admired handmade crafts. Beni, ever the curious adventurer, enjoyed all the attention he received from friendly locals and tourists alike. We stayed at the Radisson Spa Hotel, which offered a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation. The spa provided a much-needed retreat after our outdoor adventures, with soothing treatments and breathtaking views of the Adriatic. Beni, of course, was happy to curl up in the cozy room after his exciting day out. It was a weekend filled with laughter, love, and a sprinkle of holiday magic, a perfect way to welcome the festive season.
