Into the Woods [Through my Lens Nr. 21]

As the year winds down there is a lot of work going on, but also a lot of reflecting. The days seem to be filled with it actually. That's why I love escaping into nature, even only through images. These local woods are a great place for any photographer, throughout the whole year, but especially during moody times. You can capture some really interesting sight here. I was just talking about 5 Ways to keep Shooting in Winter, and this is a perfect example.

Even when you are out and about in the woods, seemingly alone, you never really are. It's a place of reflection and beauty (as well as a way of getting out of the busy city). We are actually having some really great sunny winter days. These shots were taken on one day that didn't match the rest. I hope you will enjoy them.

There has also been some development on the work front. After passing my bar exam in December of last year, I have now finished up with my attorney at law exam (I actually passed it in October before we headed out to the USA), and I'm now officially an attorney at law. Time really does fly by. Next up is a photo of my sister and I at the lawyers bar association festivity. She will join the ranks in January as well!
