Nightfall is always mysterious. The Night isn't just a veil of darkness. Night changes everything.
The mood and atmosphere are different, people have different habits, and
only the glow of artificial light punctuates the blackness. I find the night soothing and love to do all sorts of work then. The days are just too hot and harsh, so I'm only filled with energy when the sun goes down. Thank you all for visiting and linking in. ReplyDeleteI'm a night person, too. Have always been. I come alive after dark and go to bed when the sun comes up. Weird, I know.
I'm not quite that active in the night but it can come close :) I do like getting up early as well. Sometimes those two things collide.

ReplyDeleteNight does have a "dark" side ... it is the time when many scary creatures emerge and some people take advantage of the dark to do things they shouldn't be doing. Probably the worst part of dark here is that the mosquitos are out ... but, on the other hand, I can see the moon reflecting off of the lake. I can see Mars and Venus in the star lit sky and the air is fresh and cool. So yes, I do like night time too, Mersad and especially sitting through a beautiful sunset as you have. Beautiful post ...

ReplyDeleteBeautiful views of the sunset and the beginning of the blue hour, Mersad. It has been unusually hot here also this summer. That is not my favorite weather. In the evenings it cools down considerably and feels good.
