Trogir is a small town on the central Adriatic coast of Croatia. It has a preserved old town, known for its mix of Renaissance, baroque and
Romanesque buildings. What's so great about it is that it's pretty much closed off, since it lies on a small island connected to the mainland
and the island of Čiovo by bridges. The 13th-century Cathedral of St.
Lawrence houses the Renaissance Chapel of St. John and offers sweeping
views from its bell tower and is probably the most common sight of the town. Parts of the medieval city walls remain
intact. In the summer season huge crowds of people swarm Trogir and it can be a challenge to navigate the narrow cobble stone streets.
I hope you enjoyed this little look at Trogir. It's very close to the Split Airport, so if you ever happen to visit there, make sure to stop by. You won't regret it.

There is much to see here. Each corner offers something new and exciting. The new is mixed well with the old and if you have luck to get here on a slow night (there aren't many of them here though) then you will be able to take a step back and get a good look at the buildings, streets and small squares. Outside of the walls you will find a huge walking area with a marina. There are many boats and luxury yachts docked here, and they are always a pretty sight in the night. Trogir has great bars and restaurants, and the street food is amazing as well.
