Summer is in full swing here in South Europe, and whether you like it or not, the days are hot and getting even hotter. Thankfully, the nights have stayed on the cooler side so far, which makes venturing out into nature and the city bearable.
I will leave you with these impressions from a summer forest. Beni is in the mix as well (he actually doesn't mind the heat, as he is known to sunbathe outside on the lawn for a long time).

Have a great weekend, and to all my readers from the USA, I hope you had a great Independence Day celebration.
Your summer is delightful and oh so beautiful. I love all the texture, from the lacy trees to the nest and rocks. Even sweet Beni has texture... Jake likes AC and cool, Baby is a sun worshiper..
ReplyDeleteYour dogs are so sweet, and I love that they are so different in their habits! :D
DeleteLovely images and your dog Beni is so CUTE!! Enjoy your summer and the weekend!
ReplyDeleteBeni is a beautiful dog!
ReplyDeleteI like the yellow bloom with its soft background and the shot of the nest in the tree. All of the photos show that summer has arrived in a beautiful way.
Karen
Thanks Karen. That is also one of my favorite shots. :D
DeleteMir gefällt am besten das Bild mit dem Nest. Schönes Wochenende! LG
ReplyDeleteGorgeous lush green and beautiful lighting in these! Very nice! It's a shame many of our own citizens don't correctly refer to July 4 as Independence Day. Thank you!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Brian. I wouldn't know what else to call it though :D
Deletelove how lush it looks. the mosquitoes would eat us alive here. :)
ReplyDeleteSo green and lush it is indeed and what terrific captures, Mersad!! Thank you as always for sharing the beauty that surrounds you! Hope you're enjoying a great weekend!! Thank you, as always, for your visits and kind comments!! They are appreciated!
ReplyDeleteYou too Sylvia. Hope to go back to the countryside soon for more images.
DeleteStunning images that show the incredible beauty of our planet. I especially love the birds' nest and the moss (?) at the base of the tree trunk. Well, and Beni of course!
ReplyDeleteYes that is moss at the base. Thanks for visiting.
DeleteWunderschöne Impressionen und was ist die Natur doch noch schön. Besonders gefällt mir allerdings auch dein Hund. Einfach nur knuffig.
ReplyDeleteNoch einen schönen Abend und herzliche Grüsse

There is something soothing about green, isn't there?
ReplyDeleteThere sure is. Being in these woods is very soothing.
DeleteIt's always nice to see that cute little Beni.
ReplyDeleteI love that dog photo!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful group of pictures, but Beni definitely steals the show!
ReplyDelete'Hot and getting hotter' has yet to get cracking where I live so I am quite jealous of your summer. I love the photographs and have to admire that lovely shade of green of the foliage. Beni is a star!
ReplyDeleteYou know what, I wish that it wasn't so hot here, so that I could enjoy the outsides more :)
DeleteLush green is so refreshing and I feel green-colored breeze in your photos. Beni is so cute and looks happy. Being hot and getting hotter is not so bad when air is not so humid like Japanese summer. How is the humidity in your place? We are still in a rainy season with humid but relatively cool air. Enjoy your summer.
ReplyDeleteYoko
You too. I don't like humid weather, but when it's cool it's enjoyable. Thanks so much for visiting.
DeleteMoin Mersad...
ReplyDeletesehr coole Bilder-Serie ... Echt Klasse geworden !
Ich wünsche Dir eine tolle Woche
Grüße
Timur
