We had a great day today in Disneyland Park in Anaheim, California, where everything was festively decorated for Halloween. The top halloween attraction was the Haunted House featuring sights out of the movie "The Nightmare before Christmas" which was combined with a halloween theme. Of course I will write about Disneyland in detail and give you some tips on how to survive it in one day. For now here are a few shots from the festively decorated Main Street USA. I wish everbody that celebrates a Happy Halloween. We'll be spending Halloween in Los Angeles on the last day of our USA Road Trip. On Sunday we'll be catching our flight back home...

I loved the time I took my daugher to that park but thankfully there were not as many people as there apeared to be in these shots but you certainly were able to create the buzz and excitement of the place in yourphotographs. Have a great weekend
ReplyDeleteThere were too many people here today. It was a bit of a nightmare while waiting for some of the rides, bit I did come out of it wiser for next time :)
DeleteDas ist ja toll....Halloween in den USA oder CDN erleben zu können ist doch etwas ganz Besonderes. Finde dort passt es hin, schon alleine die ganzen Dekorationen, diese Stimmung. Toll dass ihr es dort ein bisschen miterleben konntet, und Disneyland ist eh super. Hat mir zumindest auch super gefallen...dafür bin ich halt noch Kind geblieben^^

They celebrate Halloween in a big way, I wouldn't like to be in those crowds now. I can't believe your trip is almost over. Time flies too quickly sometimes.

ReplyDeleteThere was a big crowd in the Main Street USA part of the park because of the fireworks, usually the people are a bit more scattered. But yeah, there were a lot of people there.
