Advent in Zagreb [Through My Lens Nr. 220]

Continuing with the Christmas Theme from last week, in today's post I will show you Advent time in Zagreb, the capital city of Croatia. It is a well known gathering point for Christmas, with many markets spread throughout the whole city. During the Advent season, Zagreb offers a variety of events that will satisfy even the most demanding visitors. Plenty of fun, excellent food, unique events, art, but also a genuine Christmas atmosphere, await you on the streets. The main market is on the Ban Jelacic Square, but there are many more intimate ones spread all around. It's fun to explore the city streets at night and enjoy a glass of mulled vine, a snack and let the spirit of the season wash over you.
